It is very important to keep your Doteasy account details current and valid. Our main means of communication is based on the account details you provide us. If the details are no longer valid there is no way for us to know if the e-mail/address/phone number on file is current.

We urge all clients to ensure the details in your Member Zone are up to date.

To update your Contact details please follow the steps:

  1. Sign into your Doteasy Member Zone.
  2. Click on the Change Contact Info function found in the “Member” section.
  3. Click on the Change button.
  4. Enter your new contact information. When you are ready, click on the Next button.
  5. Click on the Submit Changes button to confirm the update.
