We know how much you value your privacy and with our new Doteasy’s Hosted Gallery privacy control features, you can rest assure that your private life will stay private. With our new enhancements, the control is in your hands. You can decide whether you want to display your pictures to the public or keep it private for only your friends and family. Albums categorized as Public are open to everyone and do not require a login ID and password to access. In contrast,Private Albums are only visible to visitors you have assigned these certain albums to. Visitors will need to login to your gallery with the assigned ID and password, which is sent to them along with your private album invitation and the album sign-in link.
In addition to the above options, you can also choose to have your albums published or unpublished. Users are able to view published photos according to their level of access. On the other hand, unpublished albums cannot be seen by anyone, including those who have private access to the album. This way, no one can peek at your unfinished product until everything looks just the way you want it to be.
Keeping track of your visitors is simple and easy. The address book allows you to add, delete, or edit information about your friends and groups. You can assign the entire list of friends from a certain group into an album using the “Select All” button. This eliminates the need to add each individual separately. You can also insert 25 email addresses at a time to send out individual invitations.
